Competition Council examines the notification received from the town hall of Cricova, municipality Chișinău regarding the support measures offered to Î.M. „Regia Comunal-Locativă Cricova”

The Competition Council examines the notification received from the town hall of Cricova, municipality Chișinău, regarding the transmission in economic management of some goods to Î.M. „Regia Comunal-Locativă Cricova"  for providing the services of water supply an sewerage.

The notification became effective on 07.02.2019.

In this context, the Competition Council is interested in obtaining the views and comment of third parties in the notification referred.
