Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova and the University « Lucian Blaga» from Sibiu (Romania) has signed the cooperation agreementOn the September, 19 2014, Viorica CARARE, the President of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova and Ioan BONDREA Rector of the University “Lucian Blaga” from Sibiu has signed the Cooperation Agreement. The purpose of this agreement is to stimulate the professional cooperation between two institutions for the development of some original research, which will be applicable to the common interest in competition and state aid field, the creation of favorable field for the free exchange and open to the ideas in order to create excellence in research and education in the competition and state aid field, as well as to cooperate for the promotion of the competition culture. At the same time the signed document provides for the collaboration between the Competition Council (Republic of Moldova) and the University “Lucian Blaga” from Sibiu (Romania) for the carrying out the exchange of non-confidential information and experience in scientific research and training specialists in the field of competition and state aid, participation in joint research programs taking into consideration the intellectual property in accordance with the legal regulations of each party, organization of short term study visits, conferences, workshops and discussions on topics of common interest, and others. The Agreement was signed during the visit of Mrs. Viorica CARARE President of the Competition council of the Republic of Moldova and Moldavian delegation of the Competition Council of the Republic of Moldova at the University „Lucian Blaga” from Sibiu (România), which took place on September 19, 2014 and aimed to establish the direct collaboration between the institutions. Leaders of both institutions expressed their belief that the signing of the Collaboration agreement will help to strengthen and streamline cooperation relations between the two institutions in order to promote competition culture.
